Anna Schmidt, CEO, Board Advisor, Job Market Expert.
I’m a serial entrepreneur, Solution-Focused Psychologist, Work Futurist, and as an Executive Coach a sparring partner to the business. Over 25 years of experience integrating global business with organizational psychology has given me a deep understanding of human behavior on the job market and beyond.
Since 2012 through the Future of Work Institute, I conduct research on the future of work and the development of skills necessary to thrive in an abrupt and disruptive VUCA environment. As a work futurist, and expert on outplacement, transition management, and professional development I help leaders seek new career direction, struggle with burnout, strive o reach a new career level, or wish to reinvent themselves.
My work includes advisory, speaking, coaching, and liaisoning. I support international clients from offices in Zurich, Warsaw, and Toronto.
With an extensive network of contacts and 25+ years in executive search, I believe in business diplomacy and, where appropriate, fostering connections for my clients.
